Based on Matthew 6:31–33 this a cappella anthem begins quietly but moves with deliberate pace toward a dramatic key change and joy-filled climax. The tessituras are comfortable for all voice parts in the beginning of the piece, but post key change they become more challenging for the first tenors and first sopranos, who have several passages that are at the top of their range.
