Description:
This quintessentially Catholic Marian hymn as arranged by the masterful Richard Proulx is worthy of classic status.
Each stanza gets unique treatment from simple unison, 2-part canon, and a verse for tenors to shine on the melody, to a full SATB doxology with the theme in the basses.
An elegant oboe line is featured in each stanza and an optional string quartet and harp would be extraordinarily beautiful for a special Marian occasion.
Also fitting for All Saints, Advent, or the feast of the Holy Family.
String quintet and harp parts are optional
