In honor of the Protestant Reformation, a momentous occasion in the history of the church, composer Erik Meyer crafted a dynamic work based on Martin Luther's beloved hymn "A Mighty Fortress." The triptych itself is in three movements, intended to be useful for prelude, offertory, and postlude (or performed together in a recital setting). As an added bonus, also included are a hymn introduction and two alternate harmonizations for accompanying congregational singing.
