Moore, Bob

Bob Moore is a musician with a multifaceted résumé, having worked professionally as a composer, arranger, conductor, performer and teacher. To date he has published over 300 choral and instrumental works, many of which have been recorded on seven CDs and appear in various hymnals. In addition to sacred music, his catalog contains art songs, film scores, and compositions for solo piano, chamber ensembles, band and orchestra. Several of his works have received awards and many have been composed on commission. His publishers include GIA Publications, Hal Leonard, Augsburg Fortress, World Library Publications, Santa Barbara Music Publishers, OCP, MorningStar Music Publishers and MusicSpoke. Bob studied composition with Richard Proulx, William Schirmer, Gordon Goodwin, and Budd Udell at the University of South Carolina, Jacksonville University, and the University of Florida.
