Mennonite composer Lee Dengler is widely recognized for his choral compositions, many of which have become standard repertoire. Over the years he has also occasionally penned hymn tunes. These are brought together for the first time on Unbound. Dengler’s roots in an a cappella singing tradition are evident, with several of the pieces featuring rich SATB harmony that will appeal to choirs as well as congregations.
