Her notes explain: The Imbolc festival, celebrated at the very first signs of spring was originally dedicated to the goddess Brigid. Brigid is a triple goddess. The Goddess Triad archetype is found in many ancient Indo-European cultures, as well as in some mythologies of Africa and Asia.
