Szumlanski, Viktor

Viktor Szumlanski currently serves as an organist for several parishes in the Chicagoland area. He is experienced in directing both English- and Polish-speaking ensembles and congregations. A graduate of Saint Patrick High School, Viktor developed his skills in sacred music and liturgical arranging under the guidance of dedicated instructors.

He is particularly passionate about arranging repertoire that is accessible and meaningful for congregational participation, and he takes great joy in playing music that encourages active assembly involvement. As a member of his parish's youth group music ministry, he has led with dedication and pride—always in service to the parish community and, most importantly, for the greater glory of God.

Viktor is currently pursuing a college degree in Theology with a concentration in Sacred Music, as he continues what he hopes will be many more years of service to the Archdiocese of Chicago.
