Russell Farnell has served as Minister of Music at First Presbyterian Church in Arlington, Texas, since 2007. He holds degrees from Baylor University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he studied piano, choral music, and composition. He has taught music theory and composition at Southwestern Seminary, the University of Texas at Arlington, and Dallas Baptist University. He writes for a variety of choral and instrumental ensembles, aiming to create fresh and meaningful worship expressions for the church.
