Engelhardt, Michael
Michael Engelhardt is a contemporary choral artist whose mission is to promote social and personal wellness by creating music that appeals to a broad audience. He frequently combines historical choral material with elements of pop, gospel, and electronic music to create new and sometimes daring sounds. His innovative choral works have been performed on the Carnegie Hall stage, National TV and Radio programs, National and Regional ACDA Music Conferences, Jazz Educators Network Conferences, Global Leadership Summit Conferences, and numerous All-State Music Education Festivals. He has also had the great privilege of working with many Grammy Award-Winning artists and producers in the pop music genre.
A native of Woodstock, Illinois, Michael holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Millikin University (Decatur, IL) and a Master of Music degree in Choral Conducting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
