Daugirdas, Kestutis
Kęstutis Daugirdas (b. 1985) is a Lithuanian-American composer, conductor, and educator. Born and raised in the Chicago area, he grew up singing in the Dainava Lithuanian Chorale (Darius Polikaitis), studying piano (Rokas Zubovas), and recording pop songs in his closet.
He has degrees from the University of Illinois (B.M.E, Choral Music Education), Berklee College of Music (Diploma, Film Scoring), and the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre in Vilnius (M.A., Composition).
