Dr. Delwyn L. Harnisch received his doctorate in Educational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Currently, he is Professor of Educational Psychology at the Department of Teaching, Learning, and Teacher Education, College of Education and Human Sciences, University of Nebraska Lincoln (UNL). He is also currently Senior Research Scientist for technology supported assessment program at UNL as part of the newly funded National Center for Information Technology in Education (NCITE).Dr. Harnisch has authored over 150 research articles, 5 books including co-author of Scale Your Way to Music Assessment (GIA Publications), and secured over 10 million dollars in grants and contracts.
