Tranberg, Christopher
Christopher Tranberg is the superintendent of Branford Public Schools in Branford, Connecticut. With over two decades in public education, Chris has served as a music educator, department leader, assistant principal, principal, and assistant superintendent. As an active presenter and education consultant, Chris regularly works with schools across the country on the topics of high reliability organizations, curriculum design, high-quality instruction, collaboration, and assessment. Chris earned his Kodály certification from the Hartt School and Orff certification from the University of St. Thomas. Chris is co-author of First Steps in Music with Orff Schulwerk and Conversational Solfege with Orff Schulwerk. Chris is a founding member and past president of the Feierabend Association for Music Education (FAME).
