Dunsavage, Angelica
Dr. Angelica Dunsavage [she/they] serves as Artistic Director for the Phoenix Girls Chorus and Valley Women’s Ensemble in Phoenix, AZ. She received her DMA in Choral Conducting and Music Education from University of Arizona, her MM in Choral Conducting from Bowling Green State University, and her BS in Music Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Angelica has presented posters and interest sessions for professional conferences, and regularly serves as a clinician for area schools. She has served in collegiate, community, and public-school teaching positions in the Arizona, Tennessee, Ohio and Pennsylvania areas, and remains in demand as a guest conductor, vocal teacher, professional chorister, and mezzo-soprano soloist. Angelica is an early music and Renaissance fair enthusiast, and enjoys seeing old works gain new life.
